It has now been over a month since I contacted you regarding the need for a new Club Secretary (and as posted online (https://www.thatchamtownharriers.club/news/club-secretary-needed-2461955.html).

Unfortunately, we have not had anyone step forward or contact the committee with a serious interest in taking this role on.

It saddens me to say that after discussion with Berks & Bucks FA if no-one comes forward to fulfil this administrative role then the club will not be able to continue. This is the last thing as a committee member, coach and parent that I want to see happen but I can no longer maintain two active roles on the committee.

As mentioned in my previous message the existing committee (myself included) and the Berks & Bucks FA will be able to support anyone taking on the role.

I sincerely hope that someone can find the time to work with the existing managers and committee members to carry the club forward and that my next message is a more positive one.
