As per our recent communications, we are tidying up our membership database and it's important that everyone wanting to sign their child on for next season has accepted the privacy policy as soon as possible.

We took GDPR as an opportunity to clean up the information we hold and improve our data handling. Should you be an old member of the club and no longer wish to receive emails and updates from the club you can email membership@thatchamtownharriers.club and we will remove you from our database.

We will soon be sending membership payments out for next season and this season will be using a new payment provider that will allow you to pay via debit or credit card rather than a direct debit. We hope this makes the payment process easier and more aligned with how you would normally make payments online. We will continue to offer split payments but also the ability to pay everything in one go.
