The Harriers Football Festival is back at Thatcham Town this year on Saturday 30th May. After a year off we will be running it again for age groups U7, U8, U9 and U10s.

Previous years have raised almost £3,000 towards clubs funds that enables us to keep our membership fees as low as possible.

In order to make the day run as smoothly as possible we need a number of volunteers to help with various jobs throughout the day. Previous years we've heavily relied on a small number of volunteers to run the day.

This year we're looking for support from the parents across our teams. We'll be needing help with the following activities:

Saturday AM

Set up (Friday night/early Saturday morning) x 8
Car parking x 5
First Aid x 2
Admin (booking in) x 2
Stewards x 2
Programme selling x 2
Medal presentations x 2

Saturday PM

Car parking x 5
First Aid x 2
Admin (booking in) x 2
Stewards x 2
Programme selling x 2
Medal presentations x 2
Tidy up x 10
