Thatcham Town Harriers FC will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss the future of the club.
We have been canvassing to replace key committee members with a deadline at the end of November. This meeting will either elect replacement members or decide to fold the club at the end of the current 24/25 season, and discuss the steps required to make sure that players are not left stranded.
The following key roles are to be replaced for the club to continue into the 25/25 season.
All club members are welcome to attend. Any intention to volunteer for the roles above must be expressed before the meeting and by the deadline of 30th November. Please send your interest, along with why you think you would be suitable for the role, to clubsec@thathchamtownharriers.club. Also note, these roles do not need to be filled by existing members of the club, so please consider any friends or relatives that can spare just a few hours a week to make a difference to the 180 children that enjoy playing for this club!
