The annual Thatcham Town Harriers Presentation Day takes place on Sunday 30th June 2019 at Thatcham Town Football Club. Each age group will play a short game of football, followed by a presentation by the team coaches in the stadium.
We will be running a fundraising raffle which we respectfully ask families to donate to. We require donations of sweets, chocolates, pamper products and/or alcohol or alcohol accessories to enable us to put hampers together. These should be given to your coach at training no later than Sunday 23rd June.
The Club is run entirely by volunteers and relies on fundraising and grants to supplement membership fees for all pitch hire, kit, coaches training and other associated costs such as insurance. The money raised from the raffle will all go to Club funds. Your coach may also ask for volunteers to staff the raffle on the day (30 minute slot after your presentation).
Timings are as follows, and players should arrive 15 minutes early. Any specific information for individual teams will be provided by your team coach:

There will be a BBQ open throughout the day serving bacon rolls for breakfast and hot dogs/burgers later on. Soft drinks will be available from the BBQ up until 12:00 noon when the bar will be open for alcoholic and soft drinks. Please do feel free to stay on and watch the different age groups play whilst you enjoy a drink. If the weather is good, this is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours!
